I have questions about Soulframe Founders. Where do I start?

What are Arcs?
Relic coins of the ancient Fey. Arcs are Soulframe's premium in-game currency, typically acquired by purchasing with real-world money.
What are Moonsteel Threads?
An invention of Steelsinger Kane, this sacred alloy was forged beneath Iridis' glow. This in-game item is perfect for Bestitching (the process of transferring the appearance of one piece of equipment to another).
What is a Motif?
Motifs are profile pictures used to identify Envoys in-game and Soulframe forums. These are akin to Glyphs in Warframe.
What are the Eternium Gardens and what do the Blooms do?
The Eternium Gardens are communal Fey gardens in which you can relax and socialize with other Envoys within Soulframe. Soulframe Founders will receive a Bloom depending on their style of Founders access, which they can plant in the Eternium Gardens adorned with their Envoy name. This Bloom will remain in the Eternium Gardens for all players to see.
How do I purchase Founders?
Create an account, sign in to https://www.soulframe.com/, then purchase the Founders bundle of your choice.
Can I purchase Founders on Steam or other PC gaming markets?
Not at this time. Soulframe Founders is only available for purchase on PC through https://www.soulframe.com/en/founders. You can add Soulframe to your wishlist on Steam here.
Can I purchase more than one bundle?
You can purchase multiple Founders bundles, however you can only receive one of each type of bundle. For example you can purchase Wyld Tethren and Wyld Oscelda, or choose to upgrade from Wyld Tethren to the Paragon Founders but you would not receive any duplicate items.
Can I upgrade between Founders tiers?
Absolutely, make sure you're logged in, and select the bundle you want to upgrade to. You'll only need to pay the difference between them.
Can I purchase individual items from bundles using Arcs (premium currency)?
No. Individual items and bonus content can only be obtained by purchasing a Founders bundle.
Can I gift a Founders bundle?
Gifting Founders bundles is not currently available. We're optimistic that we can figure out a solution for gifting at a later date though, so stay tuned for more information.
Can I trade or sell Founders items with other players?
Not at this time. There are future plans to add the ability for Founders to share Fragments of the Paragon Greatsword for crafting by other players, but details have not been finalized. Please stay tuned for more details as development continues.
Can I give individual Founders bundle items to other players in-game if I want to share?
No, you cannot trade or sell these items between players.
How long will Founders be available?
There is no end date for Soulframe Founders as of yet. If you're interested, we encourage you to join us in crafting Soulframe together. We will give at least 30 days notice before closing Founders to give Envoys ample time to decide.
Is there any other way to get the Founders items after Founders is gone for good?
- The Paragon Greatsword will be exclusive to those who become a Paragon Founder. In time, Paragon Founders will be able to craft a version of The Paragon that they can gift to another Envoy, marked with the Founder's name.
- Wyld Pact, Weapons, Talismans, and other items in Founders will be available again at a later date after Soulframe Founders ends.
Will Founders be available again for Envoys on consoles?
A version of Soulframe Founders will reopen for a time-limited window on new platforms when the time comes!
Are Founders bundles available for players globally?
Soulframe Founders bundles are available to players globally with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, as well as the Crimea region, the Donbas region and the Luhansk region. Players in Russia and Belarus can make accounts, but purchases will not be possible at this time.
If I had Preludes access before, do I need to purchase Founders to keep my access?
No, all players who had access to Preludes before Founders launched will keep their access. In addition, we will still be doing free weekly invitations for players who sign up to join Preludes.
Will my progress in Preludes be reset now that I've purchased Founders?
No, there will be no more account resets in Soulframe Preludes.
How do I access my new content after purchasing a Founders bundle?
To access your Founders content after purchasing, log into the game. If you don't see your items in-game when you purchase, log out of Soulframe and then back in. Your items should be available in your inventory after logging in. If you encounter issues, please contact support.
Where can I find the Friend Codes I purchased with Founders and how can my friends get access to play Soulframe with me?
You can find the codes to invite your friends to join Soulframe Preludes in your Account Management page. To redeem these codes, they can visit our Redeem Code page.
How do I redeem the Envoy's Sphere Longsword Skin Code for Warframe?
Codes for the Envoy's Sphere Longsword Skin can be found in your Account Management page. To redeem these codes, you and/or your friends can visit https://www.warframe.com/promocode. Make sure you're logged into the correct account before redeeming!
Will I be able to redeem my codes right away?
Friend codes for Preludes access will be available immediately.
How can I place a merch order?
Once you purchase a Founders bundle of your choice, you will be able to access the Founders Merch Store from the Thank You page at time of purchase or your Soulframe Account Management page. You will be able to add item(s) to your cart and finalize your order.
What merch items can I get with Founders?
- Purchase of any Wyld Founders bundle (Wyld Tethren, Wyld Oscelda, or Wyld Sirin) will grant you access to purchase the Standard Founders Merch Collection. Those who purchase a Paragon Founders Bundle will also be eligible to order a Paragon Founders Merch Collection. Each merch bundle includes a different style of T-shirt, a commemorative Soulframe pin, and an art card.
- Those who are eligible for the Soulframe Founders Paragon Collection can also add the basic Soulframe Founders Collection to their order for the cost of that collection.
If I purchase a Paragon Founders Merch Collection, can I also get a Founders Merch Collection?
You may add a Founders Collection to your order as a Paragon Founder, but you must pay for the additional items and added shipping cost.
What happens to my merch order if I refund my Founders bundle?
Should you choose to refund your purchase, when your refund request is processed, your merch order will be cancelled.
Can I order Merch from anywhere in the world?
