I just purchased a Founders Pack, but haven't received it, help!
Depending on the payment method involved it can take a few minutes to a few hours for the payment information to be sent from your account to us. Only when that information has been successfully sent to us will you receive your purchase. Processing times are out of our control, and we ask your patience as some methods, such as certain mobile payments, take longer than average. Any form of Direct bank transfer will take 3-7 days and is not recommended.
My payment attempts are getting declined, help!
There are multiple reasons why your credit card might be getting declined. The most common of these are:
- You are attempting to complete a payment while using a Proxy or VPN service.
Our Payment processor will automatically deny any payments that are attempted while behind a VPN or Proxy server due to the increased risk of fraud. - You are attempting to make a payment when you are not at your listed billing address.
If you happen to be attempting to make a payment while outside of your home country, on vacation or while not at your listed billing address, the payment will fail. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent purchases that benefits both sides. Please make sure your billing address is up to date before attempting to make a purchase. - You have exceeded the payment processor's threshold for failed attempts in too short a time period limit:
Most payment processors have limits on how many failed payment attempts can be made within a certain period of time. If you exceed this limit, there will be an automatic block placed on your account to avoid any potentially fraudulent purchases being processed. These blocks can last anywhere between 48 to 72 hours, depending on the processor. Please contact the payment processor directly if you wish to remove the block; Soulframe Support cannot remove the block.
Note: Changing payment types after multiple failures will not help; once the payment processor has blocked your account, the payment type does not matter.
