DNS (Domain Name Service) is a web service that translates a website's name into its numeric Internet address. When Soulframe attempts this step in the connection process, your system is unable to communicate correctly.
This can be caused by your Internet Service Provider's DNS servers malfunctioning or a faulty Proxy/VPN configuration.
Please try the following to resolve this:
- Reboot your computer / console, modem, and router.
- If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
If this problem persists, you can try to change your device's DNS settings to use the following:
- Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.2
- Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- Quad9: 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112
