Once you have entered the email linked with your Soulframe account, a reset email will be sent allowing a new password to be chosen.
I'm not getting the reset email
The email may take a few minutes to arrive, but if it takes longer please check the following points:
- Please make sure to check your email's spam and/or junk folder.
- Double-check your email address's whitelist and spam filter in order to ensure that the email has not been filtered into another folder or deleted.
- Please confirm that no-reply@soulframe.comhas been added to your email whitelist.
- Resubmit your email address using the "Forgot Password" option and try again.
- Contact Support.
Note: The reset password email will expire after 30 minutes and will have to be resent if not used within that period.
