IMPORTANT: Soulframe Preludes will include more updates/patches and hotfixes so it may take longer for a Support agent to answer your request, don't be alarmed! The Support staff answers all tickets in chronological order. Please consider checking the Soulframe forums for answers to your questions before making a new Support request.
